Tabular Alumina Balls

Tabular Alumina Balls is a sintered aluminum oxide ball. The raw alumina ball was made from high quality Australia Aluminum oxide powder into ball shape in a rolling ball making equipment. Then get sintered ball by sintering initial alumina ball at a temperature at 1950°C. The crystals are organized in a tabular staggered way, which increases the mechanical strength of the particles.
Tabular alumina has characteristic large, well developed hexagonal tablet shaped α-alumina crystals of up to 200μm length. By the sintering process, the final tabular alumina ball will get a higher gravity density, denser crystal organization.
