Hollow glass microspheres can significantly reduce the density of engineering plastics, improve rigidity and dimensional stability, and enhance processing flowability, achieving a balance between lightweight and mechanical properties.

In polyurethane tooling board, it reduces material density, improve surface smoothness and machinability, making products more similar to solid wood and less prone to deformation and cracking.

When used in thermoplastic polyester elastomers(TPE) and rubber, it can reduce weight and decrease compression set while maintaining elasticity, while improving weather resistance and abrasion resistance.

As a core component of buoyancy materials, their high pressure resistance, low water absorption, and low density characteristics enable the fabrication of high-buoyancy, high-pressure-resistant buoyancy modules, meeting the needs of marine engineering and underwater equipment.
