Glass microspheres 70-110μm beads blasting media are spherical, clean, inorganic abrasives with uniform particle size and good flowability, providing a gentle sandblasting process that does not damage the substrate.They have moderate hardness and uniform rebound, enabling surface cleaning, deburring, and stress strengthening of workpieces while creating a fine and uniform finish. The product is free of free silicon and iron, produces less dust, is not easily broken, has a high recyclability, lower operating costs, and is more environmentally friendly.It is mainly used for surface treatment, shot peening, and surface brightening of aluminum alloys, stainless steel, precision hardware, medical devices, and automotive parts.

Application:
Mainly using for the surface sandblasting and shot blasting of metals,glass,rubber and plastics,acrylic,and can avoid the workpieces be damaged.
Glass beads are a reusable abrasive and are mainly used in blast rooms and blast cabinets. Glass beads contain no free iron to cause corrosion on non-ferrous surfaces, therefor glass beads are very suitable to use on all types of metals. Since it doesn’t create an anchor profile, it is mainly used to clean a substrate without roughening it or to polish the surface. Glass beads also can blasting with compressed air.
