Tabular alumina castable features
Tabular alumina castable are mainly made of tabular alumina with high purity and high melting point. The tabular alumina castable 220F/325F have high thermal shock stability, anti-stripping and creep resistance. It also featured with high fire resistance, good volume stability, and significantly improved high-temperature performance and wear resistance. If add silicon carbide to the tabular alumina castable, the corrosion resistance can be greatly increased. The tabular alumina- silicon carbide combined refractory castable suitable for kiln gate and burner.

Alumina-Mullite castable are traditional castable for kiln nozzle and other part of furnace. However, It can improve the performance of refractory castale by adjusting the matrix composition of the castable. Adding special explosion-proof agents can improve the impact resistance and anti-burst performance. In the meantime, updated tabular alumina based castable can eliminate the disadvantage of corundum such as high density, poor toughness and uneven thermal shock stability.
