Hollow glass microspheres are rigid, closed-cell spherical inorganic fillers made of borosilicate glass. 1. Coatings & Paints
Thermal insulation coatings
Traps stationary air inside sealed cavities to obstruct heat conduction and thermal radiation. Widely used on oil tank trucks, storage tanks, pipelines, ships and building exterior walls. It lowers surface temperature, reduces medium evaporation and prevents thermal aging of substrates.
